Delivery

We try and deliver most items within 2-3 working days. If you require your order quicker than the time frame offered we can offer a 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' option. Extra charges apply for this service. We can only guarantee the next day delivery service on all orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday and to mainland UK (excluding Scotalnd) most of our items are sent with a courier, most courier do normally require a signature. >If you are unavailable for delivery the courier will leave a card for you to contact them. Please contact the courier as soon as you can  to arrange a suitable delivery day, the courier will only hold your parcel for  7 days before returning the parcel to us. 

Smaller items will be delivered by royal mail, this service should take no longer than 5 working days however please allow 10 working days before contacting us to report the parcel missing

Furniture and Extra Large Mirrors

All furniture items and extra large mirrors are sent with a specialist furniture company who will collect from us then consolidate van loads for areas before contacting you to arrange a suitable day and timeslot. Please add a contact telephone number to your details when purchasing furniture or mirrrors as the specialist furniture delivery company will need to contact you reagrding delivery. Please allow 5-15 days for delivery, if your address is the very high or low parts of England and Wales then please allow a little longer.

We do not send Furniture or some Large mirrors  to Ireland, NI,IOM,IOW,Jersey or any off shore address. We do not send any furniture or Large Mirrors overseas

 

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is £4.95 for most items, some smaller items are free postage. There are additional postage charges for some medium to larger items to be sent to Ireland, NI ,IOM, IOW and any off shore address this is due to the item being to large to be sent threw royal mail,  the item has to be sent via a courier which have a supplement please call our friendly sales team on 01302 376506 or >[email protected]> and we will be happy to quote you accordinging.

We know offer Free delivery on all orders over £50.00 to Mainland England and Wales

All non mainland areas, Northern Ireland and Ireland
