Postage and Delivery Information
Most items are sent with a courier, courier firms do require a signature for delivery. If you are unavailable for delivery the courier will leave a card for you to contact them. Please contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange a suitable delivery day, the courier will only hold your parcel for 7 days before returning the parcel to us.
Smaller items will be delivered by royal mail, this service should take no longer than 5 working days, royal mail do not always leave calling cards so please contact your local royal mail sorting depot to see if your parcel is there. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us to report the parcel missing
Furniture and Large Mirrors
These items are sent with specialist furniture company who will collect from us then consolidate van loads for areas before contacting you to arrange a suitable day and timeslot. Please always add a mobile telephone number to your details when purchasing furniture or mirrrors as this is how the company will contact you. Please allow 5-12 days for delivery, of you live in the very high or low parts of England and Wales then please allow a little longer.
We do not send Furniture or some Large mirrors to Ireland, NI,IOM,IOW,Jersey or any off shore address. We do not send any furniture or Mirrors overseas

Delivery Charges
The delivery charge is £4.95 for most items, some smaller items are free postage. There are additional postage charges for some medium to larger items to be sent to Ireland, NI ,IOM, IOW and any off shore address this is due to the item being to large to be sent threw royal mail, the item has to be sent via a courier which have a supplement please call our sales team on 01302 376506 or and they will be happy to quote you accordingly

Returns and Refunds
100% satisfaction guaranteed on all items. Should there be a need to replace the item please contact us and we will gladly provide a replacement if we think this is the appropriate course of action. The company will not be liable for any damage caused by incorrect assembly. We will refund your money if returned within 7 days of receipt of item. Refunds will be issued when we have received the item back and it has been checked by our quality standards team. You must inform us via our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. The item should be in its original condition, undamaged and with all original materials and in its original packaging (Please refer to our postage and packing charges policy).
Postage and Packaging on Returned goods
The buyer will be liable for all postage and packaging costs on returned items unless otherwise stated by ourselves.
Cancellation Policy
Under the distance selling regulation you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the order.
